Government project Calling Internship

About the Role

• This is an Internship role at Filo EdTech.
• The position is located in Gurugram (Work From Office).
• Employment Type: Internship.
• Working days & Timings: Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with students, parents, and School Authorities (Headmasters) over phone calls.
• Explain the Filo app and its benefits.
• Guide students through the registration and app usage process.
• Encourage app adoption and resolve basic student queries.
• Support educational initiatives across different states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (freshers are welcome) or currently pursuing a degree.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Great interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with calling and interacting with students.
• Passionate about education and student engagement.
• Experience with using MS Excel.
• Comfortable with minimum & achievable targets.
