About the Role

Kapda & Kaand is a growing fashion retail store in Agra, seeking an enthusiastic and confident Store Assistant who loves fashion, enjoys interacting with customers, and wants to build a career in fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting outfits and provide styling suggestions.
• Maintain attractive clothing displays and organize merchandise.
• Handle stock arrangements and basic inventory management.
• Assist with billing, packaging, and daily store operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation.
• Participate in social media content creation, including Instagram Reels, outfit showcases, and promotional activities.
• Help deliver a positive and memorable customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Interest in fashion, styling, and current trends.
• Comfortable participating in social media content.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Retail experience is an advantage.

Salary & Growth

• Initial Salary: ₹6,000–₹8,000 per month.
• Growth Opportunity: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month after 5 months, depending on performance.

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Location: Shastripuram Gol Chakkar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh
