About the Role
This role places you directly beside the Managing Partner & CEO from day one, offering exposure to legal matters across various practice areas, firm growth initiatives, strategy, operations, technology, and new ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and draft opinions, memos, contracts, pleadings, and notices across corporate, real estate, disputes, IP, and white collar matters.
- Manage cases from initiation to completion, increasing ownership over time.
- Utilize AI research and drafting tools daily, validating all outputs with personal legal judgment.
- Develop precedents, templates, playbooks, and AI workflows for firm-wide use.
- Collaborate directly with the Managing Partner on firm-building projects, including operations, process improvement, technology, and business development.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Deep understanding of legal concepts beyond case law.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking clear, precise, persuasive English.
- Fluency with AI tools and awareness of their limitations.
- Ability to deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Curiosity about the business aspects of running a law firm.
- Experience with AI research and drafting tools.
Qualifications
- Lawyers with 0–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Final-year LL.B. students graduating in 2027 are eligible for pre-placement offers if they are outstanding candidates.
