Job Title: Hindi Voice Process - Freshers
About the Role
- Night rotational shift (flexible with shifts)
- 9-hour shift duration (8 hours work + 1 hour break)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions in Hindi.
- Provide customer support and resolve queries.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hindi language proficiency (speaking and understanding).
Qualifications
- Any Graduates are eligible to apply.
- No backlogs are permitted.
- Must possess a degree certificate or provisional certificate.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
