About the Role

Nextenti Tech Private Limited is seeking a Guest Relations Executive (GRE).

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants at the hospital.
• Guide patients to OPD clinics, consultation rooms, diagnostic departments, billing counters, and other facilities.
• Provide information about doctors, appointments, hospital services, and facilities.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, billing, and other departments to address patient needs.
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Assist elderly patients and visitors who require additional support.
• Maintain guest interaction records and share feedback with the reporting manager.
• Ensure professional communication, patient confidentiality, and high standards of service.
• Escalate complex complaints to the concerned department or supervisor.
