About the Role
The Order Selector is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for accurately selecting and assembling customer orders in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Locating products
- Picking items according to order sheets
- Palletizing and wrapping orders for shipment
- Staging orders for loading
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Following safety and food handling guidelines
- Maintaining clean, organized work areas
- Collaborating with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity, accuracy, and service standards
- Assisting with inventory counts and product checks as needed
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, with relevant experience or certification in Forklift Operation
- Skills in Order Picking and Palletizing, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and proper stacking to minimize product damage
- Experience in the Food Service or food distribution environment, with understanding of basic food safety and handling practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying orders
- Ability to follow written pick tickets or digital order systems
- Capability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and working in refrigerated or freezer areas
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as business needs require
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse warehouse and logistics teams
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial
