About the Role
ZingHR is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join its Legal Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an LL.B graduate or final-year law student to gain hands-on exposure to in-house legal operations, contract drafting, and corporate legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries.
- Support day-to-day legal documentation and contract management.
- Coordinate with internal teams on legal matters and documentation.
- Assist with routine corporate and commercial legal activities.
Qualifications
- LL.B graduate or final-year law student.
- Candidates with prior legal internship experience or 1+ year of relevant experience will be preferred.
- Strong legal drafting, communication, and research skills.
- Genuine interest in building a career in an in-house legal team.
- Candidates based in Mumbai, preferably along the Western Line, will be given preference.
- Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week.
