About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Analyst Software Engineer - [Java] for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is designed for fresh graduates and experienced professionals interested in Java software development, backend engineering, application development, REST APIs, databases, microservices, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, automation, and modern software-engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Java-based applications, backend services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, automation solutions, enterprise systems, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, multithreading, concurrency, and clean coding practices.
• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, query optimization, and data-access concepts.
• Microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, or event-driven systems.
• Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, API testing, or automated testing.
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, scheduled jobs, background processing, or event-driven architecture.
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies.
• Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts.
• OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, API security, encryption, authentication, and authorization concepts.
• Application performance optimization, database tuning, connection pooling, caching strategies, scalability, reliability, fault tolerance, observability, and troubleshooting.
• ORMs, repositories, persistence layers, entity relationships, transactions, and backend data-access patterns.
• Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking.
• Analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure Java software solutions.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in Java development, software engineering, backend development, application development, API development, enterprise software, or related technology roles is beneficial.
