Role Overview
We are hiring motivated, energetic Field Sales Executives (FSE) to join our sales team in Jayanagar, Bangalore. The role focuses on meeting local merchants, introducing digital banking and payment solutions, and deploying QR codes and Soundbox devices. Freshers and experienced field sales candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to retail shops, Kirana stores, and commercial establishments in and around Jayanagar.
- Onboard new merchants and complete digital KYC documentation.
- Install, configure, and demonstrate Soundbox devices and QR stands.
- Maintain positive merchant relationships to drive active transactions.
- Achieve daily onboarding and deployment targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Android smartphone for merchant onboarding app.
Qualifications
- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in field sales, fintech, telecom, or FMCG is a plus.
- Languages: Kannada (local communication); basic English or Hindi is helpful.
- Mandatory Requirements: Must have a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and valid Driving License.
Compensation
- Monthly CTC: ₹27,700
- In-Hand / Take-Home: ₹23,700 per month
- Incentives: Additional performance-based daily and monthly incentives + fuel allowances.
