Job Title: Jr Operations Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Executive with 0–1 years of experience to support operational, administrative, and project coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline processes to ensure timely project delivery and smooth studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with Teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage documentation, and approvals in line with project requirements.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and tracking deliverables.
- Support procurement of materials and liaison with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
- Handle client communication support and follow-ups when needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B.tech in Mechanical or Civil, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities for client and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience or Fresher can be considered.
- B.tech in Mechanical or Civil is required.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days, Monday-Saturday
Salary: upto 3 LPA
