Voice UX Designers / QA Engineers

About the Role

• Design and test how users interact with Louie Voice and how it responds.
• Focus on designing and testing voice conversations, rather than screen-based interfaces.
• Ideal for individuals who enjoy understanding users, simplifying ideas, and thinking deeply about functionality.
• Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office).

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end voice journeys for mobile apps and websites to facilitate transaction completion.
• Take full ownership of the voice experience, from initial design through to customer delivery.
• Transform complex processes into simple and natural conversations.
• Anticipate user utterances and determine appropriate Louie Voice responses.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Louie Voice SDK: An AI-driven software plug-in that voice-enables apps and websites globally, allowing users to complete transactions via voice commands in 40 global languages.
• The SDK is a B2B Product, not an app.
• Currently focusing on the Financial sector, with India's Biggest Bank as a customer.
• Selected by RBI for voice-enabling CBDC Apps.
• Targeting global opportunities across all consumer-facing sectors.
• Sector-agnostic, capable of voice-enabling any Android & iOS app or website.

• Excellent writing and communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to think from a user's point of view.
• Capacity to generate creative ideas and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Skill in simplifying complex ideas.
• Curiosity about new technology and voice-based interfaces.
• A sense of responsibility and ownership.
