Cloud Computing Intern

About the Role

• Full-time remote internship in India.
• Duration: 1 to 3 months.
• Stipend: INR 15,500 to INR 16,500 per month.
• Open to freshers and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage cloud resources on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, VPC) with team guidance.
• Launch, configure, and monitor virtual machines, storage, and databases in the cloud.
• Work with Linux servers, basic shell commands, and simple automation scripts.
• Configure basic networking, security groups, IAM users, and access permissions.
• Assist in deploying websites and applications on cloud platforms.
• Monitor cloud performance, usage, and costs, and report issues.
• Prepare basic documentation for cloud setups, architecture diagrams, and processes.
• Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, regions, availability zones).
• Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).
• Familiarity with Linux commands and operating system basics.
• Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, DNS, HTTP, firewalls).
• Good problem-solving skills and a learning attitude.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Basic understanding of Docker, Git, or Python scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud security and cost optimization basics.
• Any cloud certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900) or hands-on project experience.

• Students and recent graduates in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (Computer Science or IT), M.Sc, or related fields.
• Freshers interested in building a career in cloud computing.
• Candidates with a laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.
