Hyperpure by Zomato is an end-to-end sourcing platform that supplies professional kitchens across India with responsibly sourced ingredients and essential supplies. Launched in 2019, it is part of Eternal, alongside brands such as Zomato, Blinkit, District, and Feeding India. Hyperpure serves over 200,000 food businesses across more than 100 cities, including home chefs, cafés, cloud kitchens, hotels, and large restaurant chains. With a robust farm-to-kitchen cold chain, culinary development centre, and food park, Hyperpure helps partners standardize recipes, reduce prep time, and scale operations efficiently. The company focuses on consistency, transparent pricing, and innovation support to power the growth of food businesses nationwide.

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations, including coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to partner kitchens.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Track order status.
• Resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Support menu and product initiatives.
• Enhance the overall partner experience.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to use digital tools and basic data analysis (spreadsheets, dashboards, order management systems) to monitor performance and identify issues.
• Comfort working on-site in the Greater Delhi Area.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs in the food and supply chain sector.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and coordination skills, including experience with order processing, inventory tracking, and vendor or partner management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle day-to-day challenges, escalate issues appropriately, and support process improvements.
• Attention to detail, reliability in following SOPs, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant industry experience is an advantage.
