About the Role

Hair O Craft Hair Transplant Clinic is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Care Executive for their clinic in Kasaragod.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from existing and potential clients.
• Provide information about hair transplant and restoration services.
• Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Welcome clients.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with medical and clinic staff.
• Ensure a smooth experience before and after procedures.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and walk-in queries.
• Address concerns professionally.
• Support basic administrative tasks, including updating databases and preparing client documentation.
• Maintain consistent focus on service quality.
• Employ a courteous and empathetic approach to client interactions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and office software for client data entry and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience throughout the client journey.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication in relevant local languages and English.
• Basic Sales abilities to explain services, guide clients through options, and support consultation bookings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a courteous, patient-focused attitude.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or service-oriented environment is an advantage.
• A degree in any discipline or a healthcare/service-related qualification is preferred.
