About the Role
Tap4Loan is a digital-first personal lending platform focused on making short-term loans simple, quick, and accessible. The Credit Assistant will support the credit and finance team in evaluating loan applications, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring adherence to internal credit policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing customer documentation.
- Assisting with credit risk assessments.
- Tracking repayment status.
- Coordinating with internal teams on debt collection activities.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing basic reports on credit performance.
- Supporting prompt resolution of customer queries related to loans and repayments.
- Regular collaboration with team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work on-site in Hauz Khas.
- Ability to collaborate within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of credit processes, including Credit Control and Credit Management.
- Solid Analytical Skills for reviewing financial information and assessing creditworthiness.
- Experience or familiarity with Debt Collection practices and account follow-up.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance and financial products, especially personal loans.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to work with data and reports.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in lending, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
