Quick commerce executive (qcom only)

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area for a Quick Commerce Executive with prior q-com experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize operations across quick-commerce platforms.
• Listing management, pricing, inventory coordination, and order tracking.
• Monitor platform performance.
• Improve visibility and conversion.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer and partner issues related to quick-commerce deliveries.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to support promotions.
• Analyze data and performance metrics.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Demonstrated experience in quick commerce operations (q-com), including platform management, order fulfillment workflows, and inventory coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring performance dashboards, interpreting data, and optimizing listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Operational skills in coordination, vendor or partner management, and process improvement within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, warehouse, and logistics.
• Comfort with using online dashboards, Excel or Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools to track KPIs and performance trends.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, with a high level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in FMCG, beverages, or consumer brands on quick-commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in quick-commerce roles.
