Educational Sales Consultant

About the Role

As an Educational Sales Consultant, you will be the voice and growth engine of SKILLZY YOUNG SCHOLARS, specifically targeting the US market. You will act as a trusted educational counselor to US-based parents, helping them identify their child’s academic goals, and guiding them through our free demo process all the way to final enrollment. This is a dedicated night shift role to align with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Initiate engaging, empathetic calls to parents of K-12 students in the US to understand their children's educational needs.
• Pipeline Management: Book, track, and coordinate Free Demo classes between students and our expert freelance teachers.
• Post-Demo Follow-ups: Connect with parents after demo sessions to share teacher feedback, highlight the value of our classes, and gracefully handle objections.
• Closing: Convert successful trial classes into full enrollments to drive revenue growth using strong sales techniques.
• Process Optimization: Work directly with the Founder and Operations Manager to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Shift Availability: Fully comfortable and available to work night shifts to cover US business hours.
• Communication & Accent: Possess flawless, fluent English and a proven ability to understand and comfortably interact with US accents.
• Tech-Savvy: Tech-friendly with solid basic knowledge of computers, easily able to navigate online platforms, CRMs, and video conferencing tools (Zoom/Google Meet).
• Work-From-Home Setup: Own a personal laptop or desktop, a stable Wi-Fi connection, a professional headset, and a reliable power backup.
• Mindset: Resilient, comfortable making outbound calls, highly organized, and goal-oriented.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, or educational counseling, with strong closing skills.
