OhhIdeaX builds AI Co-Founders and AI Teammates that help startups and growing businesses scale quickly without increasing headcount. The company designs AI agents for sales, support, operations, and engineering, along with workflow automation that connects tools and custom AI systems aligned to business goals. OhhIdeaX partners with fast-moving founders, solopreneurs, and SMBs that want to operate like significantly larger teams. Focused on human + AI collaboration, the team delivers intelligent AI teammates that think, plan, and execute alongside clients. OhhIdeaX is based in Kolkata and works with organizations globally.

The Content Creator will develop engaging, clear, and audience-focused content that explains OhhIdeaX’s AI products, services, and value proposition across multiple channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and produce written and visual content for social media, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand key features, gather insights, and create content that drives awareness, leads, and customer education.
• Monitor content performance, experiment with formats, and apply feedback to refine messaging and style.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation and storytelling skills, including writing, editing, and basic visual or multimedia production.
• Skills in social media content, short-form video or reel ideation, and platform-specific optimization for channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Skills in content planning and strategy, including editorial calendaring, audience research, and aligning content with marketing and business goals.
• Skills in basic digital marketing, such as SEO-aware writing, email content creation, and understanding of performance metrics (engagement, click-through, conversion).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into accessible content.
• Relevant experience in tech or AI-focused content, startup or agency environments, and familiarity with productivity and design tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, or similar) is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is preferred.
