About the Role

The Business Banking Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with business and SME customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding new business clients
• Providing ongoing account support
• Coordinating treasury and cash management solutions
• Ensuring timely resolution of customer queries
• Analyzing financial information
• Supporting credit and lending processes
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service
• Meeting business targets
• Maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Documenting all customer interactions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in business or corporate banking, SME banking, or financial services
• Knowledge of banking products, regulatory guidelines, and credit assessment processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced certifications in banking or treasury are a plus
