Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of resumes based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with suitable candidate profiles.
- Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
