About the Role

Antidote Strategy is a Growth-as-a-Service partner focused on IT services, SaaS, and AI companies. We help clients build predictable B2B demand generation, appointment setting, and pipeline programs. The company connects clients with qualified buyers across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, and Europe.

The Director of Operations is a remote role responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and improvement of operational workflows across Antidote Strategy’s growth programs. This role will assist with monitoring project delivery, tracking performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes for demand generation and expert network engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Interest or prior exposure to B2B services, technology, SaaS, or AI-driven businesses is beneficial.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field is preferred.
