Junior Architect

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in West Delhi. The Junior Architect will support architectural design projects, prepare drawings and 3D models, and assist in developing design concepts under the guidance of senior architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams.
• Contribute to planning and layout work.
• Prepare documentation for design reviews and approvals.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction partners.
• Integrate technical inputs into designs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
• Help track project milestones.
• Participate in site visits as required.
• Maintain organized records of design revisions and project information.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including drafting, space planning, and concept development.
• Skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architecture tools (e.g., BIM, CAD, or design software workflows).
• Skills in Project Management, such as basic scheduling, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic qualification in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in West Delhi.
• Willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles is an advantage.
