About the Role
Genpact is inviting applications for Customer Service: Voice roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Provide support for data collection to enable recovery of the account for the end-user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Languages: English + Hindi (Read/speak/understand).
- Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from office).
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate (except Law/Diploma).
- Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in the customer service domain.
- Previous experience in a voice process is required for experienced candidates.
