About the Role
This entry-level role provides proactive customer support designed to strengthen satisfaction, usage, and long-term relationships. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction, designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers through regular interaction
- Answer questions and explain services
- Identify needs and coordinate appropriate support
- Follow up on open requests and customer feedback
