This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers.
- Provide product recommendations.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer-focused service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory on the sales floor and stockroom.
- Process transactions at the point of sale.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Support store events.
- Help execute promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, engaging shopping experience aligned with Feste’s brand.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to customer-focused service.
- Communication skills supporting clear, friendly, and professional interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Inventory management skills, including organizing stock, restocking shelves, and maintaining accurate counts.
- Customer experience skills, with the ability to create a positive, memorable in-store experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous retail or hospitality experience is beneficial, especially in customer-facing roles.
Pay Rate
$19.50/Hour
