Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Content Creation: Create engaging social media posts, marketing creatives, blogs, and promotional content.
• Social Media Management: Manage content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and improve social media presence.
• SEO & Website Marketing: Support keyword research, on-page SEO, website content optimisation, and organic traffic growth.
• Lead Generation: Support marketing campaigns and initiatives that generate qualified business leads.
• Employer & Brand Marketing: Help build brand awareness through creative campaigns, company updates, and employee engagement content.
• Market Research: Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and marketing opportunities.
• Campaign Analytics: Track campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics, and prepare marketing reports.
• Marketing Collateral: Assist in creating presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and other sales enablement materials.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Creativity and an interest in content creation and brand building.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
