Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents to explain courses and academic programs.
- Handle admission enquiries and provide relevant course information.
- Follow up with prospective students and support admission conversions.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain enquiry records and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Work towards assigned calling and admission targets.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English are essential.
- Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- A positive, target-oriented attitude is required.
- Experience in telecalling, educational counselling, or admissions will be an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
