Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the preparation of job offers and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
