About the Role

The VLSI Design and Verification Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training programs on VLSI design, digital logic, RTL coding, and verification methodologies.
• Prepare curriculum materials.
• Create lab exercises and projects.
• Conduct classroom and hands-on sessions.
• Evaluate learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and project reviews.
• Collaborate with the academic projects team to align training content with industry requirements.
• Provide mentorship on VLSI project execution.
• Update course content based on emerging tools, standards, and technologies.
• Contribute to online learning resources.
• Participate in workshops or bootcamps.
• Provide feedback to improve training quality and learner outcomes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Solid knowledge of VLSI fundamentals, digital electronics, Verilog/SystemVerilog, RTL design, and verification flows (e.g., simulation, functional verification).
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools and environments used for VLSI design and verification.

Qualifications

• Strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating technical sessions for students or professionals.
• Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills to create structured, outcome-focused VLSI training programs.
• Design Thinking skills to develop learner-centric content and problem-based learning activities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and inclusively.
• Ability to design lab exercises, mentor academic projects, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
• Prior experience as a trainer, corporate instructor, or teaching assistant in semiconductor/VLSI domains is an advantage.
