Performance Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Periodically update fund performance presentation materials for monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
• Generate backend Excel support documents from internal portfolio management systems for updating materials.
• Validate fund data against internal portfolio management systems, highlighting differences and discrepancies.
• Aggregate and analyze relevant data, including historical performance, risk metrics, allocation changes, and other quantitative metrics about various portfolios.
• Analyze performance attribution data across funds, considering the financial markets environment and its impact on returns.
• Ensure high standards of formatting for clear and digestible material presentation.
• Address any legal or compliance-related comments during the review process.
• Prepare visually appealing and professional presentations with investor readability and accessibility in mind.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, prospects, and consultants.
• Identify and implement efficiencies in the marketing materials process by continuously assessing areas for improvement.
• Undertake any other ad hoc tasks.
• Manage projects, including service delivery, stakeholder management, and quality control.
