Camera Specialist

About the Role

The Camera Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that showcases Nidharshana Sarees’ products across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up cameras and lighting for product shoots.
• Adjusting equipment settings for optimal image and video quality.
• Coordinating with the creative and marketing teams to execute planned shoots.
• Shooting sarees, salwar kameez, kurtis, and jewelry for website listings, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintaining and organizing all camera and lighting equipment.
• Assisting in basic post-shoot review, ensuring visuals meet brand standards and are ready for editing and publication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency with professional Camera equipment, including framing, focus, exposure, and basic troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Lighting techniques, including studio lights, reflectors, and ambient light control for product photography and videography.
• Experience in product or fashion shoots, preferably for e-commerce or social media content.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video review or collaboration with editors (e.g., understanding file formats and quality checks).
• Attention to detail, reliable time management, and ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Comfort working on-site in a studio or store environment and collaborating with merchandising and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or textile photography is an advantage.
• Relevant training or coursework in photography, visual media, or related fields is beneficial.
