About the Role
- Full-time, remote position focused on designing, developing, and implementing AI-based software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining software applications.
- Training and evaluating AI models.
- Integrating AI components such as neural networks and natural language processing into production systems.
- Analyzing data for pattern recognition.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
- Writing clean, maintainable code aligned with best practices in computer science and software engineering.
- Documenting solutions.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Optimizing system performance.
- Staying current with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and research.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, Java, or C++).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including model architecture design, training, evaluation, and tuning.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as text preprocessing, embeddings, and language models.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Eligibility to work under F-1 / OPT / STEM OPT programs, with interest in building a career in AI and software development.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage tasks effectively, and collaborate with distributed teams using online communication tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing secure, reliable, and well-tested code.
