About the Role

ENVICOOL provides energy-efficient cooling and thermal management solutions. Our U.S. team supports customers with their cooling needs. We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support daily accounting and tax compliance for the U.S. subsidiary. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting for the U.S. subsidiary, including revenue, costs, and expenses.
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable, follow up on customer collections and vendor payments, and reconcile bank transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial statement preparation.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
• Work with the local U.S. CPA firm on tax filings and assist with routine communications, tax notices, and document submissions to U.S. tax authorities.
• Provide financial support for the U.S. subsidiary’s daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with bookkeeping and financial statements.
• Willingness to learn U.S. accounting and tax practices.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate with U.S. CPA firms and tax authorities on routine matters.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Good learning and communication skills.
• U.S. accounting internship experience is a plus.
• Progress toward the U.S. CPA qualification is a plus.
