About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Bus glasses, plates, silverware, and other dining accessories from tables.
- Reset tables to specific CRG standards with fresh linen, silverware, condiments, and other table accessories.
- Assist servers by delivering water, refilling beverages, and carrying out customer and table server requests.
- Restock service areas, beverage stations, and bars with necessary supplies.
- Carry full bus pans to the kitchen and unload items at the dishwasher.
- Fold napkins for service and carry them to service areas along with tablecloths.
- Clean up spills, trash, and broken supplies.
- Sweep dining rooms and carry trash from dining rooms and kitchen to trash removal areas.
