Inbound & Replenishment Associate Hiring Event

About the Role

Local Crafts is seeking dependable, organized individuals for an Inbound & Replenishment Associate position at our Grand Prairie warehouse. This role involves hands-on work with a focus on inventory accuracy and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound product and materials into the warehouse.
• Verify incoming product and quantities for accuracy before put-away.
• Put away inventory in the correct warehouse locations following established procedures.
• Replenish picking and storage locations to keep product available for fulfillment.
• Identify and report damaged product, quantity discrepancies, or inventory concerns.
• Keep inventory and work areas organized while supporting an efficient warehouse flow.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and repeat processes consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory.
• Ability to follow receiving, put-away, and replenishment procedures consistently.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and organization.
• Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stay organized while moving product between warehouse locations.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or replenishment experience is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Additional Information

• Location: Grand Prairie, TX (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM; Saturdays as needed.
• Target hourly salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
