About the Role
The Agent Communications Associate will support internal communications to the Knights of Columbus field force. This position will be the primary point of contact for the Field Management mailbox, maintain internal communication channels for field agents, and assist in content creation and distribution. The role ensures agents receive engaging and effective communication from the Home Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all inquiries to the Field Management Mailbox.
- Maintain the Field Resources Sharepoint.
- Maintain the Agent Portal and ensure accurate forms are available for agents.
- Facilitate content development and communication design with subject matter experts.
- Serve as backup to the manager, including drafting, editing, and distributing Field Management announcements.
- Lead drafting of messages to Field Force regarding software, including Dynamics.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on projects related to agent promotional material.
- Collaborate on projects with external industry associations including MDRT, NAFIC, and LAMP.
- Assist in increasing engagement with Field Management initiatives, contests, and training materials, and track their execution.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to give and receive feedback.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Life insurance sales, Annuity and Financial products preferred.
- Knowledge of the sales environment, agency operations, tools, processes, and best practices for Knights Agents preferred.
- Ability to develop training materials and facilitate Spanish content for Bi-lingual agents and the Hispanic market is a plus.
Education Required
- BS or BA degree, preferably in business communications or a related field.
Compensation
- Estimated range: $58,500-$99,500
Physical Demands
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.

- Authorization to work in the US is required.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
