About the Role
At Manu Robotics, Business Development is about building the commercial foundation of an engineering-first startup. You will work directly with leadership across sales strategy, lead generation, client communications, digital presence, and market research.
- Location: On-site | Bavdhan, Pune
- Type: Full-time Internship
- Compensation: 10K-15K/month (depending on performance)
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, build targeted outreach lists, and drive initial contact via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Client Engagement: Assist in setting up meetings, visiting their site, following up on inquiries, and supporting customer discussions.
- Marketing & Strategy: Craft compelling messaging, post updates across digital channels, and assist in creating pitch decks and product collateral.
- Market Research: Conduct primary market research on industrial trends, competitor landscape, and potential expansion sectors within India.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (clear, direct, and professional).
- Ability to develop a clear understanding and a curious approach with the product being developed and its impact.
- Ability to work on-site at our Bavdhan office daily.
- Basic understanding of or strong interest in technology, hardware, or robotics/automation.
Qualifications
- Educational background in Business (BBA/MBA), Engineering, or Marketing is preferred, but raw initiative beats a specific degree.
