Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, and marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Create logos, brand kits, and visual guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Design presentations, infographics, email templates, and website graphics.
- Edit and retouch images, preparing files for print and digital use.
- Translate briefs and ideas into clear and attractive visual designs.
- Implement changes to designs based on feedback and deliver final files on time.
- Organize design files, templates, and brand assets.
- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of design principles: layout, color, typography, and composition.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity basics.
- Good creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback and improve designs.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Figma, CorelDRAW, or Adobe InDesign.
- Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with social media design trends and formats.
- Portfolio on Behance, Dribbble, or Google Drive with sample designs.
Eligibility
- Students and recent graduates in B.Des, BFA, BCA, BJMC, BA, B.Sc (Multimedia or Animation), B.Tech, or related fields.
- Freshers interested in a career in graphic design.
- Must have a laptop/computer, stable internet connection, and a basic design portfolio.
