About the Role

RD Solutions Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our US IT Recruitment team in Chennai and Madurai. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start their careers in international recruitment and gain hands-on experience in US IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, and other recruitment platforms.
• Learn Boolean Search and other candidate sourcing techniques.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to understand skills, experience, availability, and communication.
• Learn about US work authorization categories such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT/CPT, and other visa categories.
• Understand different employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a database of qualified IT candidates.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and team leads to meet recruitment targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and ensure timely communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interest in recruitment, human resources, and talent acquisition.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn US IT staffing processes and recruitment tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
• Willingness to work onsite in Chennai or Madurai.

Qualifications

• Freshers from any degree background are welcome to apply.
• Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
• Training and guidance will be provided on US IT recruitment processes and sourcing tools.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of IT job roles and technologies.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or online candidate searches.
• Internship or academic exposure to HR or recruitment is an added advantage.
