Key Responsibilities
- SMM, SEO, B2B profile updation
- Handle inbound/outbound calls & WhatsApp leads
- Post & send product images and reply to basic social media messages
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication & persuasion skills
- Comfortable speaking Tamil, English, Hindi, Malayalam
- Experience in sales/telecalling is a plus
- Basic editing and ChatGPT knowledge
