About the Role

Dream Home Store is seeking a creative and research-driven SEO Content Writer to create useful, engaging, and original content for their UK-focused furniture e-commerce business. The role emphasizes writing ability, critical thinking, and content effectiveness over years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging, informative, and original blog articles around relevant topics, customer questions, and search intent.
• Create compelling openings that capture attention and encourage readers to continue.
• Research topics thoroughly and turn information into clear, trustworthy, and practical content.
• Apply SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, search intent, headings, content structure, and on-page optimisation.
• Develop content that answers real customer questions and provides genuine value.
• Organize articles with clear sections, examples, and relevant visuals.
• Review and improve content for clarity, readability, originality, and usefulness.
• Work with the team to develop content that supports organic visibility and the wider e-commerce business.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong writing skills, creativity, and a natural command of language.
• Ability to explain ideas clearly and make content interesting to read.
• Practical understanding of SEO and how content can attract organic search traffic.
• Research skills and the ability to distinguish useful, reliable information from generic content.
• A reader-first approach: understanding what people want to know and giving them meaningful answers.
• Genuine interest in learning, experimenting, and improving content quality.
• Ability to produce original work rather than relying on copied or generic AI-generated content.

Qualifications

• Freshers with strong writing samples are welcome.
• Candidates with 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or more of experience can apply.
• Practical SEO experience is valued alongside writing ability.
• Relevant blog links, published articles, writing samples, or a portfolio are strongly encouraged.
• Examples of SEO work, organic traffic growth, or other content performance results are also welcome.

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month, depending on skills and suitability.
