Role Overview

• High-visibility, development-focused role providing strategic, administrative, and analytical support directly to the Directors.
• Opportunity to work side-by-side with the executive leadership team, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and core organizational processes.
• Career Path: After a two-year rotational/development period, transition into a core business function (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance, or Strategy).

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Analytical Support

• Provide comprehensive strategic, administrative, and analytical backing to the Board of Directors.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, investor presentations, and high-capital investment business cases.
• Conduct data analysis and business research to enable data-driven, informed decision-making.
• Prepare high-impact reports, executive presentations, and vital business documentation.

Project Management & Execution

• Track ongoing projects and proactively follow up with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Liaise across cross-functional teams to drive the smooth execution of corporate initiatives.
• Support strategic and operational projects as assigned by the leadership team.
• Drive process improvement and organizational efficiency initiatives.

Governance & Operations

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive business and financial information.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks related to daily business operations and changing leadership requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Excel (advanced proficiency)
• MS PowerPoint (advanced proficiency)

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM from a premier business school, OR
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Science/Finance with a strong analytical background.
• 0–2 years of corporate experience.
• Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or the pharma sector is a plus.
