About the Role
The AI Engineer will work on a contract basis in a hybrid arrangement, with a primary location in Chennai and the flexibility for some work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and deploying AI models that support Blue Caffeine’s data-driven marketing solutions, including Gen AI-based RAG, crawling pipelines, and LLM models for research.
- Building AI components into production-grade software systems.
- Collaborating closely with team, developers, and marketing strategists to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Evaluating model performance.
- Continuously improving algorithms and tools.
- Documenting technical work.
- Maintaining code quality.
- Staying current with advances in AI, Gen AI, and machine learning.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including training, evaluating, and optimizing models for real-world applications.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python).
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
