About the Role
Join Home Instead and make a difference in the lives of seniors in your community. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide non-medical home care services that help aging adults live safely and comfortably at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and support
- Maintain client's safety & comfort through the night
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Potentially assist with errands and transportation
- Support with personal care needs (toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Remind clients to take medications
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a caring attitude
- Comfortable working overnight 12-hour shifts
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
Compensation & Benefits
- $15-17 an hour
