Account Executive

About the Role

Elevation Global is expanding its operations throughout Arizona and is seeking ambitious individuals to join its growing team as Account Executives. This position offers hands-on experience in sales, account management, client representation, and business development, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to establish a long-term career in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients and their products or services professionally through direct, face-to-face customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to customer acquisition initiatives throughout Arizona.
• Conduct product presentations, explain service benefits, and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the customer acquisition process from initial engagement through enrollment and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with sales and management teams to achieve individual and company performance goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and account records.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, leadership workshops, and professional development programs.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Support expansion initiatives as Elevation Global continues to establish its presence across Arizona.
