About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Computer Vision Engineer role based in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize computer vision algorithms and systems for real-world applications.
- Build and train models for object detection, image segmentation, and pattern recognition.
- Evaluate model performance and tune for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into software products.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Maintain robust, scalable codebases.
- Stay current with research in computer vision and related fields, proposing improvements and new approaches.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Experience with libraries/frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- Understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques, including CNNs and related architectures.
- Experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition.
- Solid foundations in Computer Science and Data Science.
- Familiarity with Robotics and its integration with vision systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
