About the Role
Seeking an enthusiastic Caregiver for a full-time opportunity at Spring Creek Inn. Earn between $23 and $24/hour, dependent on experience. Evening Shifts (2 PM - 10 PM) are available.

Full-time team members are eligible for all Medical benefits. Part-time team members are offered Dental and Accident Medical Benefits only.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
- Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance
- Respond to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provide or obtain assistance with care as necessary
- Keep the environment safe and clean for residents
- Uphold resident rights at all times
- Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
- Ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
