Day Shift Stocking Warehouse Associate
Hourly Rate: $18.00
Key Responsibilities
- Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Work across multiple warehouse responsibilities, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, based on business needs.
- Ensure all merchandise handling and processing meets ELG standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow all operational and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- English proficiency is required for safety and on-the-job training and to meet compliance requirements.
Qualifications
This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor.
The listed salary range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
