Mobile Software Engineer

Saatvik Agro is seeking a full-time, on-site Mobile Software Engineer in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve mobile applications, enterprise mobility solutions, API integrations, internal platforms, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business, design, and technical requirements and translate them into responsive, reliable, scalable, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new mobile technologies, frameworks, APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, mobile architectures, and modern software-engineering practices.

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in mobile application development, Android development, iOS development, Flutter development, React Native development, software engineering, or related technology roles.

• Exposure to Jetpack Compose, XML layouts, SwiftUI, UIKit, Flutter widgets, React Native components, Material Design, or modern mobile UI-development practices will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Retrofit, OkHttp, Ktor, URLSession, Alamofire, Dio, Axios, or similar networking technologies will be beneficial.
• Exposure to Room, SQLite, Core Data, Firebase, Firestore, Realm, Hive, or similar local and cloud data-storage technologies will be advantageous.
• Exposure to Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Swift Concurrency, Combine, RxJava, asynchronous programming, background processing, or multithreading will be considered an advantage.
• Exposure to JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, Mockito, Robolectric, Flutter Test, Jest, Detox, unit testing, integration testing, UI testing, or automated testing will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, Firestore, Remote Config, push notifications, or similar mobile services will be advantageous.
• Exposure to Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, APK/AAB generation, iOS builds, app signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, version management, release management, and application publishing will be beneficial.
• Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Firebase, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile performance optimization, memory management, battery optimization, network optimization, offline functionality, caching, application responsiveness, and crash analysis will be beneficial.
• Exposure to OAuth, JWT, secure storage, Keychain, encryption, role-based access, API security, authentication, authorization, and mobile-application security concepts will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with push notifications, deep links, maps, GPS, location services, camera integration, Bluetooth, NFC, sensors, file handling, or device APIs will be beneficial.
• Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, .NET, REST APIs, SQL, or NoSQL databases will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, mobile design systems, wireframes, prototypes, accessibility, responsive layouts, and translating designs into functional mobile interfaces will be advantageous.
• Exposure to native Android, native iOS, Flutter, React Native, or other cross-platform mobile technologies will be considered an additional advantage; expertise in every platform is not required.
• Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
• Internship, academic project, Android project, iOS project, Flutter project, React Native project, mobile application, API integration project, Firebase project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
• Candidates without previous full-time mobile-development experience can also apply.
