About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP B1 Support Consultant to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Business One, providing support and solutions to enhance business processes. This role involves working closely with various departments, including sales and finance, to ensure that the SAP B1 system meets the operational needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for SAP B1 users, addressing issues and troubleshooting problems effectively.
- Develop and maintain Crystal Reports to generate insightful business intelligence for stakeholders.
- Execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data, ensuring accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline processes and improve system functionality.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SAP B1 processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP B1.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in SAP B1 and its functionalities.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports and SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in support roles, particularly in SAP environments.
- Familiarity with sales processes and financial operations.
